Fibre Fusion will not refund or replace goods based on the customer not liking a particular colour. Colour choice is the responsiblity of the customer. Screen monitors are not always a true representation of colours so sample cards are available for purchase on the website .
In Australia, Fibre Fusion will refund or replace faulty or damaged goods if the customer provides photographic evidence and a statement of the damaged or faulty goods within one week of receipt of goods by the customer.
Due to prohibitive freight costs we will refund but not replace faulty or damaged goods sent to overseas customers. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Fibre Fusion following the provision of photographic evidence and a statement of the damaged or faulty goods within one week of receipt of goods.
