To access our shipping calculator scroll down to the bottom of any page on our website and on the left hand side under `shopping cart' click on the `calculate shipping' link. You then need to select your country and postcode(zipcode). Your shipping options and costs will then be displayed based on the items you currently have in your shopping basket. You do not have to enter any payment details to receive this information.
Fibre Fusion freights felting supplies worldwide. Freight costs are included in the customer's invoice. All parcels are fully insured unless the customer specifically requests goods not be insured.

Goods are often vacuum packed for economic value and sustainable practise. Open your parcel carefully as your goods might be busting to jump out! This compression may cause some creasing of labels or the Felbi Prefelt but they recover well when left to resume their shape on a shelf for a few days. In the shorter term Felbi can be ironed on a mild wool setting to remove creases.
Fibre Fusion offers free freight to all retail customers in Australia purchasing over $100(Australian dollars) of products in an order and over $200(Australian Dollars) to the UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany and Ireland. International orders will always be sent by air.
Australian customers have the option of standard Australia Post or Express Post up to a parcel weight of 500gms. Please note that selecting standard post means the parcel is not trackable. For this reason we will not act on non-received parcles until two weeks after the parcel was posted. Please consider this before selecting standard post as an option.
Over 500gms, parcels will be sent Express Post or if the parcel exceeds the weight or size of our extra large 3 kilo Express Post bags, parcels will be sent by Registered Australia Post. Allow up to one week to receive your parcel. Most parcels are sent Express Post because it works out cheapest for the customer.
For all countries excluding Australia most goods are sent via Australia Post's Pack and Track or Express Post International service depending on the weight and size of the parcel. Allow three weeks to receive your parcel.
Smaller items may be sent Air Mail however please note that these are not trackable. If the parcel does not arrive, it will take Australia Post up to two months to investigate. Fibre Fusion will not act on an unreceived air mail parcel until a minmum of six weeks after the parcel was posted.
