This is a wonderful needle punch. Minimises all the tension in your hand joints from punching with  a single needle. Being wedged into the punch, the needle is far less likely to break.  Remove the wooden wedge from inside the punch, place a felting needle in the groove of the wedge.  Align it so the the wedge sits in the middle of the needle, not at one end. Insert the wedge firmly back into the punch. Fits all sizes of felting needles.
