Ordering

You can shop for Fibre Fusion products online anytime, over the phone or by appointment at our studio in Melbourne, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST).   We aim to ship your order within 24 hours or on the Monday if placed on the weekend.   All orders require payment prior to dispatch.

If have been a user of our old Fibre Fusion online store then the first time you use our new store here you will need to register as a new customer and create a new online account.  Privacy laws prevent us transferring your password and account history to our new e-store.

If you want to order online but have a question to ask before finalising and paying for your order, the best approach is to complete the checkout process and select the `bank deposit’ payment option.  This allows you to submit the order without paying for it there and then.  Add a  question in the checkout comment section.  This will ensure we receive your order and then we can contact you to edit your order accordingly and then organise a final payment.

Creating an online account gives you instant access to your details for a fast checkout experience. It's easy to set up and allows you to:

  • enter multiple shipping addresses
  • update your contact details
  • change your interests and communication preferences
  • check your online order history.

Online orders can also be made as a 'Guest'. However, if you shop as a guest your details will not be saved and you will not be able to view your order history after checkout.

Updating your details

As mentioned above, if you have been a user of our old Fibre Fusion online store then the first time you use our new store your old password and details will not be recognised and you will need to create a new online account.  

For customers who have set up an account in our new store, to update your details online you will need to log in to your online account. Go to the ‘Account Overview’ page and select the area you wish to update. Enter your new details and save your changes. 

Forgotten your password?  After selecting the log-in option at the top of our website page, select the `lost password' option and a link will be emailed to you to reset your password.

Forgotten your username?  Many people use more than one email address and forget which one they have used for their account.  Contact us by email or phone and we will help you sort it out.

Phone Orders

You can place phone orders with Fibre Fusion by calling us on +61 3 9859 8081.    Phone orders can be made between 9am and 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

Studio Appointments

Ring us or email us to arrange a mutually convenient time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) to pop into our studio in Kew East, Melbourne.  You will be notified of the address once the appointment has been confirmed.

Payments

You can pay online via paypal, mastercard/visa or bank direct deposit .   If you select bank direct deposit you will be advised of our branch  and account number and you can pay via internet banking.

For customers who don’t want to pay online or by credit card on the phone you have the option of going to any Bendigo Bank branch (yes, in person) and depositing the payment directly  into the Fibre Fusion account  number that we will provide you with.  Please ensure the deposit includes a reference with your surname so we can identify the deposit.
