Please check your invoice and goods carefully. Fibre Fusion Australia will refund or replace faulty or damaged goods in Australia . Due to prohibitive freight costs we will refund but NOT replace faulty or damaged goods sent to overseas customers. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Fibre Fusion following the provision of photographic evidence and a statement of the damaged or faulty goods within one week of receipt of goods. Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your Fibre Fusion product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws. All change-of-mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Fibre Fusion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.
