Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders containing $100 or more of products.  

For all orders under  $100  shipping choices and costs will be displayed on the shipping page.  We use Australia Post  and can deliver to your home address, work or PO box anywhere in Australia.  By ordering with Fibre Fusion Australia you grant us and our courier the Authority to Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided whether attended or not.  You also release Fibre Fusion Australia from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

If you have inadvertently entered incorrect shipping details contact us immediately or you may have a chance to re-direct your parcel by logging into your My Post account or registering at My Post .  

We aim to dispatch the same or next business day and domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas however during lockdowns these times may be extended.

International Shipping

We offer standard international shipping to most countries from  Australia.  Your shipping cost and time estimate will be displayed at the checkout.  The delivery time frames include the processing of your order by our team and the time it takes for our delivery partners to get your order to you.  We don’t ship to international post office boxes.

We use Australia Post for all our international orders. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO boxes.

International orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The exchange rate is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit-card holder is liable for this.

Please list any specific instructions for delivery when placing your order online.

 

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. Fibre Fusion has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.
